Restaurant Manager required for an elegant hotel in Cambridgeshire.
This challenging role requires an experienced Restaurant Manager for this 50+ seater, a la carte restaurant within this elegant hotel.
The successful candidate will have strong management skills, bringing the restaurant team together to ensure a delightful and efficient service to guests. Have a keen eye for detail, and ensuring that all training needed is given. Will have experience in hotel restaurant marketing - selling the restaurant not just to hotel guests, but to non-residents. Some wine knowledge would be beneficial.
You will be well presented, and have excellent communication skills.
The salary is around £18, 000 depending on experience. With excellent benefits (staff rate at other hotels, uniforms provided). Live in can be provided on a temporary basis.
