Sales Team Leader (Insurance) £45k OTE, Farnham

Position: Life Team Leader
Salary: £22k basic, OTE of £45k
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern covering 7 days. You will work 1 weekend in every month (but this will give you 2 days off during the week).
Location: Farnham, Surrey

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Conducting weekly/monthly one to one meetings with Staff.
b) Managing absence and sickness within company policy.
c) Liaising with various departments throughout Click.
d) Training and motivating your team.
e) Producing rota's that cover the office hours.
f) Helping to recruit new members of staff.
g) Appraising team members on a periodic basis.
h) Ensuring all employees work within the FSA guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience of leading a team of sales executives.
b) You will have excellent attention to detail, decision making skills, communication and commercial awareness.
c) You must demonstrate a methodical approach to your work, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
d) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable but not essential:
a) Experience in the financial services industry.
