Business Development Director (£100-110k base) - Audit Services / Professional Services. Do you want to join a revolution? One of the big 4 is about to change the way the consulting / professional services market works. As such they are looking to capitalise on this and build a strong business development team. Due to this growth they are looking to add a sales professional to their team selling in to the Private Equity market place.

In this role you will be dealing with a number of priority accounts to ensure that all services lines are being utilised by the account including tax, risk, transaction advisory, assurance and performance improvement. You will also be expected to that any M&A opportunities are taken to your account base where they may be an interested buyer. Additionally you have responsibility for a small team of account co-ordinators and a manager working on the account with as well as working closely with the partners to ensure these accounts are being maximised from a revenue perspective.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the worlds leading names who are recognised for excellence in their respected fields. You will need to be highly intelligent sales professional who can demonstrate a successful sales track record over a sustained period of time within the private equity market place. It is highly desirable that you have worked within one of the big 4 previously and understand the ability to work in a partner based environment.

Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £100-120k base, contributory pension up to 9%, health plus flexi benefits and 25 days holiday.
