„X Perform design, coding and unit test of new mission applications as they are defined. Note: these will be defined in concert with the mission owner as Defined „X Software testing installation, configuration and upgrading „X Programming to include bug fixes and minor enhancements, as well as installation, monitoring and configuration programs and scripts „X Documentation of all designs/software developed, documentation of an on going development efforts using TRAC „X Provide assistance to testing team on development of testing materials to accompany each new software update „X Be an active participant in all design sessions „X Experience must include extensive understanding of PKI.

„X Minimum ten years in a technical role, working on software intensive projects and programs for Government or Industry customers, of which: „X Five years experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems) „X Five years experience in some applicable programming language such as the following: JAVA COBRA; J2EE Perl JavaScript UNIX scripting languages
