We offer an attractive starting pay of $12.00 per hour, then $13.50 after 90 days.  Additionally, you’re eligible for bonus pay.  Why not put your consultative selling skills to good use?  Average yearly earnings are 40-45K and our top performers earn upwards of $80K per year!

What does the job entail?

• Receive inbound calls from existing and potential clients

• Walk customers through set up of Go Daddy products

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Review customer accounts, recommend new products or services

• Gain in depth product knowledge and educate customers

• Meet departmental goals and performance standards

Are you a good fit?

• Familiarity with internet terms, applications and connectivity

• One year sales, technical support or customer service experience

• Strong listening, relationship building and customer servicing skills

• Desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent education

Preferred, not required:

• Experience meeting and maintaining sales/performance quotas

• Prior call center experience, inbound or outbound calling
