eCommerce Marketing Manager – Email Marketing
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing and continually optimizing the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of FranklinCovey’s promotional email marketing campaigns.
Specific responsibilities during an email marketing campaign include:
· Developing creative and promotional strategy, crafting creative briefs, and presenting campaign plans to a cross-functional team
· Leading a cross-functional team through creative process and and programming
· Managing campaign calendar and email scheduling to ensure optimum deliverability
· Monitoring deliverability and working with the email reporting and deliverability tools as well as ISPs and domains to maintain a high rate of delivery to inboxes
· Analyzing and reporting on campaign statistics, including revenue, click-throughs, conversions, etc.
· Crafting strategic plans to optimize email and ecommerce channel performance
In addition to ongoing email marketing campaign responsibilities, the Email Marketing Manager is responsible for:
· Ensuring overall contact and communications strategy is supported and providing recommendations for improvement
· Creating and leading the planning and development of ongoing communications targeted toward multiple key segments through in-depth customer and industry analysis
· Identifying new segmentation strategies for email campaigns and personalized content to appear within emails
· Managing internal and external resources to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately
This position will assume direct responsibility for the email marketing program and will be expected to maximize and increase profitability of these programs over time.
