BRIEF OVERVIEW:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with North American Supply Chain and Logistics teams in a value-based relationship, developing business & information technology strategies to support overall business goals. You will also educate and align leadership on the enterprise capabilities & processes for Whirlpool’s North American Supply Chain function and organization. Finally, you will be responsible for defining the business process scope which includes demand planning, supply planning, constraint management, production planning, order management, inventory management and marketplace intelligence.
IN THIS POSITION YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
· Partner to develop business vision and strategy, program definition, prioritization, business case and funding alignment.
· Ensure Whirlpool has integrated global processes, systems strategy and roadmap.
· Work to align process development with system strategy among business and GIS constituents.
- Communicate to leadership consistent program messages, plans and directions.
- Act as a sponsor and program/project steering leader to ensure projects stay on path with vision, scope and budget.
- Help remove barriers, resolve resource problems and assist in change management across the organization.
- Facilitate prioritization for various technology investments ensuring the right programs and enhancements are being completed and that the system and process infrastructure is stable and reliable.
- Work to make sure support of deployed solutions and existing business data management processes (including master data) are effectively & efficiently meeting service level objectives.
- Ensure harmonized delivery of GIS services (Infrastructure, Applications Support, Security, etc) to allow a non-disruptive operation of supported business processes.

· Engage all leaders in developing and promoting an environment of learning and teaching to enable our competitive advantage and optimize our people. Ensure the best in class performance in leadership, core, operational and functional competencies for all people.
· Work with Enterprise Architecture (EA) in discovery of new process & system trends that will help solve key business problems and ensure business strategy is following our EA standards, adopting the right technology at the right time.Manage project financials and business cases with finance and business team members.
· Work with Global Business Solutions project managers and support team to insure existence of proper project definition, execution and support. Manage relationships with IT counterparts in partner organizations (Trade partners, suppliers, etc)
