The Consultancy Role?

The position is for an Associate Cost Manager working in this Consultancy's Reading office within an extremely motivated and well managed Quantity Surveying department.

You will be undertaking all aspects and responsibilities of a Consultancy Associate Cost Manager and be involved in an array of different build sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Industrial, Retail, Urban Regeneration, Design & Build, Heritage, Refurbishments, and Residential in the Reading, Berkshire area, on projects in the value of £1m to £25m.

They are currently involved in project for Slough Estates, The British Film Institution, Pangbourne College, and a large fit out for Mars.
