We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for our night shift who will supervise, lead, coordinate and direct a production team in a continuous, safe, fast-paced, quality conscious, high-speed plastic bottle manufacturing operations. Manage the performance of team, providing guidance, training, and individual development as necessary, while maintaining daily production schedules, organizing resources and ensuring that all safety, quality and production requirements are met. The ideal candidate will show demonstrated leadership, organizational and developmental skills. College degree and/or three or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Effective oral and written communication skills, analytical ability and computer skills. Able to work in a diverse manufacturing environment. Multitasking and great organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Able to work the night shift.
