What YouŽll Do
· Plan and lead integration of RF sensor & microwave instrument systems
· Support advanced programs with technical development of RF sensor & microwave instrument system integration scenarios for white papers and proposals
· Support interest / no interest, pursue / no pursue, and bid / no bid reviews for the integration of RF sensor & microwave instrument systems
What YouŽll Need
· BS in Engineering or a related technical field is strongly preferred, plus 12 or more years experience.
· 10+ years of experience in ground (fixed & mobile), sea, airborne or space-based RF sensor & microwave instrument & systems (active and / or passive instrumentation) integration
· Proven ability to plan and lead the integration of potential systems, especially complex, multi-mode integrated payloads, including system of systems and ground operations
· Knowledge of the current state-of-the-art in RF sensor & microwave instrument technologies for the ground (fixed & mobile), sea, airborne or space market
· Experience in integrating instrument prototypes; laboratory development and field campaigns
· Experience in managing systems requirements related to systems integration
· Good presentation and writing skills
· Current National Clearance & Access a strong plus. Applicants selected will be subjected to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
· In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher level degree, Masters, etc. may substitute for two years of experience.
· Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
