Experience : 10 + Years
Relevent Experience : 7-10 years of experience developing in JAVA with 3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring J2EE technology teams and providing focused Solution Architecture
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide leadership in creation of J2EE frameworks
„« Plan, create, and coordinate strategic vision for an enterprise technology platform
„« Well connected with online technology trends, products, and vendors
„« Experience producing reference architectures and reference implementations
„« Create and maintain re-usable component libraries and service registries for large scale enterprise systems
„« Strong OO and Design Patterns experience
„« Fluent in XML schemas, Enterprise Web Services, Large scale system integration
„« Mentor technology groups
„« Deep understanding of Component Interfaces
„« Integration with CMS (Prior experience with Interwoven /TeamSite preferred)
„« Implementation level experience of design and development Web Services as Service
„« UML and Domain design
„« Enterprise application packaging and Configuration Management (Borland StarTeam preferred)
„« Demonstrated innovative accomplishments
Required Skills:
JAVA/J2EE (J2EE xx, JSP xx, Servlet xx, JDBC xx, POJOs); JMS/MQ; JMX; Websphere Certification preferred; SOA Principles & Enterprise Web Services; Jakarta Struts2; Spring2; Tiles or Sitemesh; WebSphere 6.x; UNIX; XML/XSLT/DTD; Design Patterns; UML/OO background; Hibernate O-R mapping, Eclipse; JavaScript/HTML/DHTML
