Pastry Junior Sous – Hotel Northamptonshire- £17,000 Live in

We are looking for a talented Pastry Junior Sous to join the brigade of what is going to be a very busy Northants Hotel. As Pastry Chef yyu will be required to assist the Senior Chefs in gaining at least 2 rosettes. The ideal Pastry Chef will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.

The Pastry chef must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.

About our Client

Our clients are a newly converted and refurbished hotel in Northamptonshire. They have the most up to date equipment installed. The Restaurant and bedrooms ooze luxury; this will be a very busy hotel

Salary & Benefits

£18,000 – Live in available
