Major Accounts Sales Executives focus on gaining new incremental revenue sales through sourcing and calling on selected clients within the Fortune 100+ companies in the UK. You will analyze the needs and goals of target accounts and present the business and product fit between the company and Careerbuilder, which includes how the company can effectively use our products and services as revenue and sales generating tools.
The net result to the company is increased earnings by finding top performers on Careerbuilder.co.uk. Packages that Major Accounts typically purchase and implement consist of a customized combination of our product offerings, with our job postings and CV database access leading the way as our flagship tools.
Major Accounts Sales Executives will be setting up face to face appointments to create new relationships within their accounts and to establish value in CareerBuilder as a strategic resource in exposing the company’s opportunities directly to professionals. Target prospects will be Driving Force Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Vice Presidents of Technology, and Vice Presidents of HR and C-level executives.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing consultative sales methods to sell CareerBuilder.co.uk products over the phone and in-person to large companies in a defined territory
- Creating unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients’ individual needs
- Growing client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts
- Renewing accounts
- Scheduling and running presentations to demonstrate products
- Generating sales revenue, and exceeding attainable monthly quota
- Developing loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
- Understanding current trends within the online recruitment industry.
