Job Description
As a Business Development Manager for sf group (Accountancy & HR Recruitment), you will manage a local geographical team of between 5 - 8 accountancy recruitment consultants. You will take the role of a hands-on manager, where you will be responsible for generating jobs for the team, motivating, managing and developing your team and the control of the team's budget. Proven man management experience is essential along with the capability to lead from the front, develop client relationships and drive both individual and team targets.
