What do we do: We provide finance and insurance products to retail Automotive Dealerships through a dedicated sales force. As an F&I Executive, you will be a key player in the success of the outside sales team. You will drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory through sales related to the Zurich line of products. You would develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Sole sales responsibility, in addition to partnering with Account Executives to achieve product density through a team selling approach.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of related experience.
1. Extensive understanding of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology. 2. Advanced understanding of our industry, market and competitors. 3. Thorough knowledge of F and I underwriting principles/techniques. 4. Thorough knowledge of F and I business offerings plus basic knowledge of all DU products. 5. Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles. 6. Understands principles, techniques and terminology of claims and the UUG DU Claims process. 7. Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory environment, specifically within area of responsibility. 8. In-depth knowledge of DU's CORE values and code of ethics. 9. Knowledge of personal computers, Internet research techniques, company-approved software, and business system applications including customer systems. 10. Extensive knowledge of customers' business and operations including interpretation of financial statements and administrative processes. 11. Understands financial results of DU and how the FandI Executive affects the bottom line. 12. Understands effective training and training delivery methods. 13. Knowledge of company's vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics. 14. Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities. 15. Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team. 16. Understands the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional growth. 17. Outside sales experience preferred. 18. Licensed to sell insurance products in states where required. 19. Successful completion of formal F and I training a plus.
