An senior-level professional, the Senior Windows Systems Administrator establishes Windows system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration of Windows server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining Windows system and operational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will maintain Windows system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running Windows system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to the appropriate vendor. Document standard operating procedure for management and use of Disaster Recovery to restore Windows Servers. Proactive maintenance using enterprise monitoring tools. Ability to be accessible and available for on call responsibility and support. Provide appropriate information and recommendations to resolve problems on behalf of the customer. Provide Enhancement & proposal upgrades recommendation

Education and Typical Years of Experience |

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 2 years Datacenter and remote support experience.
• MCSE 2000 or 2003 qualified
• Experience with VMWare ESX.

• Hands-on technical experience and security management with AD, PKI, Group Policy & AD Schema.
• Hands on technical experience with Microsoft Terminal Server 2003
• Knowledge of server hardware (IBM/HP) drivers, and protocols
• Strong ability to transfer knowledge and experiences to other technicians
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to define an document practices and procedures consistently and accurately
• Plan and lead project installations
