An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Comms Engineer to work at a leading Network and Communications service provider.  With excellent training potential and career progression on offer this is a great chance to develop personally.  You will be primarily responsible for the 1^st line support of customer faults, fault finding and troubleshooting via remote access, logging and recording information and liasing closely with 2^nd and 3^rd line support teams for any issue that you are unable to resolve.  You will also provide maintenance services and installations on customer sites as and when required.

The perfect candidate:

·         Mitel 3300 and SX2000

·         Installation and implementation experience within the Telecoms Industry

·         VOICE/VOIP

·         Cisco networks, CCNA desirable

·         ITIL Desirable
