Job Description
Assistant Accountant required to support the management accountant in the preparation of the monthly accounts pack and all round accounting duties. The role will involve all aspects of ledger processing, invoices, journals, accounts to trial balance and providing detailed analysis to support the budgeting and forecasting process.
You will be AAT qualified and looking to pursue your ACCA or CIMA qualification. You may be looking for you first step into a hands on accounts preparation position or you maybe be looking for a new challenge. Essentially you will need to be keen to learn and take on responsibility in this diverse role.
A medium engineering business based in Nottinghamshire are currently looking to strengthen their finance function with this exciting role. Due to consistent organic growth they now require a pro-active results orientated person to come and learn the business and help take the finance function forward.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
