Senior Sous Chef – Cambridge Hotel - £26,000 + live in available – 2 rosettes
We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the brigade of this very busy Cambridge Hotel.You will be required to assist the Head Chef in maintaining the 2 rosettes.The ideal candidate will have experience of a 2 rosette establishment, be able to motivate and lead a team and be passionate about food.
You will be required to run the Kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
You must have min NVQ Level 2 – or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2, you must be proficient in all Health, safety and hygiene regulations.
