We are continually looking to strengthen our team of relief chefs, to become part of the nation wide team you will need to have the following attributes: -
Relevant background as a qualified Sous Chef
Happy to assist with assignments at the last minute
Be happy to travel on a nation wide basis
Happy to utilise live in accommodation
A sensible even temper, someone that can comply to how a kitchen is run and listen to instruction
A professional and positive approach to the client and the establishment concerned
The ability to run a kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, if requested by the client
The ability to look after junior members of staff
Be versatile in all areas of the kitchen
Have a reasonable knowledge in the ordering of stock
Be aware of allergies and dietary requirements
You must be qualified: -
Qualified to: NVQ 1 & 2 706/1 706/2 City & Guilds – or equivalent
Health & Hygiene Certificate
