Position Description
Recruiter to effectively recruit across EMEA for mid level, associate level and entry-level positions In conjunction with the hiring managers and HR Business Partner, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process from posting, screening and interviewing, through to offer management. Main duties and responsibilities will include: • Perform compensation analysis for new hire offers. • Create new hire details, employment contracts and offer letters. • Innovator of new ‘out of the box’ recruiting methods for finding, attracting and hiring new talent. • Source and work candidates through ‘Static Mining’ Techniques that include: Job postings Employee referrals Intra-company employee transfers University postings Internet WEB postings Job Boards Executive Search Recruitment Agency PeopleClick search engine Interface with all levels of management for the purpose of i) Requirements gathering ii) Requirements clarification iii) Recruiting performance metrics iv) Recruiting process Communications. Ability to directly source candidates through ‘Dynamic Mining’ techniques that include: a) Professional references b) Job Fair participation c)Special recruiting campaigns that target specific professional sectors/region. Skills and experience required
Position Requirements
Third level qualification in business related subject. 2 year + recruitment experience. Familiarity with Equal Opportunity guidelines, immigration procedures, and applicant tracking procedures. Experience in Recruitment Management Systems. Fluency in English (Other Languages an advantage)
