Objective: The US Commercial Business Analyst is responsible for performing independent and comprehensive analytical studies in support of the US Sales & Marketing group.
Responsibilities:
- Support President USA by analyzing various aspects of the US business including channels, promotions, product profitability, forecast attainment, sales tracking
- Manage the monthly commission/bonus payout process and associated personnel, ensure accuracy, and develop key analytical reports.
- Review with and obtain sign off from FP&A on quotas and monthly bonus payment.
- Work with FP&A to develop strategic product P&Ls and Regional/Key customer P&L
- Assist Sales by providing one-time and ongoing territory/regional analysis/customer analysis
- Work with Sales Admin to transition key ongoing analysis into OnTrac or other CRM applications
- Assist Authorized Distributor Channel with ongoing analysis on, business trends, forecasts, quota review and estimates, inventory analysis, ROI and P&L
- Support Marketing with forecasting, pricing and promotional analysis, market research support, competitive pricing, promotion, retail tracking.
- Serve as key liaison with FP&A.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years analytical experience supporting sales & marketing
- Bachelors required MBA a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
