Our client is a leading hotel group based in Hertfordshire currently recruiting for a Conference and Banqueting Manager
The property has over 20 stunning, high spec conference and banqueting rooms catering for a maximmum of 300.
The Role: Conference and Banqueting Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Conference and Banqueting Manager will have previous 3/4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
- The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of hygiene and health and safety are adhered to.
- The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Conference and Banqueting Manager will be reporting directly into the Food and Beverage Manager
- Conference and Banqueting Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Conference and Banqueting Manager will have at least 2 years experience at assistant level within a similar operation.
