THIS HAS OPERATION HAS RECENTLY COME UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND AS A RESULT IS UNDERGOING SOME MAJOR CHANGES AT THE MOMENT. THE FOCUS AND STYLE OF THE RESTAURANT AND F&B DEPARTMENT IS CHANGING COMPLETELY FROM A VERY TRADITIONAL AND OUTDATED APPRAOCH, TO A MUCH MORE MODERN AND UP TO DATE APPROACH.
SO MY CLIENT IS SEEKING A STRONG CHEF WHO HAS PLENTY STRENGTH OF CHARACTER – WHO WILL BE A GREAT SUPPORT TO THE HEAD CHEF AS WELL AS A MENTOR TO THE REST OF THE BRIGADE.
