We are looking for a Developer to join our San Francisco office on Market and Second Streets. . You should know or have a strong interest in learning some of the technologies that we are using, such as WebWork, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JMS and EJB. We are a group of equal developers who are interested in developing high-quality enterprise software. Our methodologies are Agile and unit testing is a major part of our development. We are currently finishing up our first product and we already have a few ideas about the next product.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop high quality software.

·         Design new features and participate in architecture sessions for new products.

·         Customize our Enterprise product to address the needs of the client’s business requirements. This includes developing custom Java modules that interact with the client’s ERP systems, as well as configuring different aspects of the product.

·         2 to 3 years experience working with Java and J2EE

·         Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in Computer Science or related field

·         Experience in Agile, test-driven development using Spring and Hibernate is a strong plus.

·         Experience in either enterprise application deployment or the e-commerce software industry is advantageous.

·         Outstanding problem-solving, strategic thinking and data analysis skills.

·         Strong balance between technical and business knowledge.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between technology and business.

·         Entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, insightful, self-motivated and self-confident.
