Responsibilities:

· Implement project work on an individual or paired programming basis in a timely manner.

· Willingness to quickly learn third party software components and integrate them into related project work.

· Communicate with internal and external resources to understand the background, flexibility, and desired outcome of their requirements and to provide feedback on feasibility.

· Create and implement deployment packages for project work and support/troubleshoot deployment activities.

 
Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

· Broad-based understanding of application infrastructure (Servers, Databases, Networks, etc.). Knowledge of FileNet (preferably w/ P8 experience) architecture preferred but not required.

· 2+yrs FileNet experience, P8 or Panagon.

· 5+ yrs as a professional Web Developer—building consumer-facing applications and background services related to electronic content management and/or workflow.

· 2+ yrs using Java/J2EE

· 3+ yrs using OOP languages

· Experience developing web interfaces in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML and XSL

· Experience with ECM concepts and feature / function sets. 

· Experience with SQL & RDBMS technologies: Oracle, SQL Server including database analysis, data mapping and integration.

· Ability to work in close-knit, collaborative and dynamic environment (core team member)

· Experience with application servers including Web Logic, Web Sphere, WSAD or Eclipse
