Functional Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and composing technical information.
- Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Individual performs general administrative duties, data entry, correspondence processing, schedule maintenance, and record keeping.
- Assists in development and production of Program/Project Correspondence and Briefing Materials.
- Updates and Maintains Program/Project Databases, Schedules, Milestones, and Action Item Lists
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Associates in Secretarial Science, or
- HS Diploma plus 4 yrs of directly related experience
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and composing technical information.
- Ability to conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.
- Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
- Administrative experience that includes general office management, data collection, classified material control, and preparation and processing of reports and presentation materials.
Specific Experience Requirements:
Required/Essential Skills/Experience:
- Must be familiar with the use of Personal Computers, Printers, Copiers, Fax Machines, and E-Mail.
- Must be PC Literate and experienced with the following: MS Windows, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance:
Current TS/SCI Security Clearance.
