Description - Initiates contacts with prospective clients and actively calls on qualified prospects to develop new business relationships. In conjunction with marketing support team, designs, compiles and coordinates all information required to submit proposals or respond to requests for proposal. Facilitates, coordinates, and participates in all presentations to and site visits from prospective clients during the sales process. Gains an overall understanding of the broad array of bank services to effectively match bank solutions with client needs. Prepares internal reports for management as required. Works on special projects and initiatives as required. Meets sales goals and other objectives established annually. The successful candidate will have an outstanding record as a successful sales professional with a minimum of five years of experience in master trust or a related business. He or she will be results oriented with a sense of urgency around the business. A good communicator and team player, the successful candidate will need strong organizational skills and the ability to energize others involved in the sales process.
