Job Description: Provides administrative support for the director, risk management, risk associate and manager, regulatory affairs. Performs a full range of executive assistant tasks including typing, maintaining department files, legal files, calendars, scheduling meetings, distributing notices, meeting agendas and meeting material, writing correspondence and telephone duties. Assisting with responding to interrogatories and requests for documents relating to litigation, interacts with various departments to obtain information, act as liaison between departments and legal counsel to meet with witnesses, and responding to requests for certificates of insurance and claims history for residents.
Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Business School graduate preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required. Competency with Microsoft Windows based software such as MS Office or equivalent required. Prior experience with telephone reception highly preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment required. Prior Healthcare experience preferred.
