Job Description QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies (QCT) is the largest provider of 3G chipset and software technology in the world, with chipsets shipped to more than 50 customers and powering the majority of all 3G devices commercially available. Our integrated solutions offer device manufacturers reduced bill-of-materials costs, time-to-market, and development time. Mobile handsets powered by QCT chipsets can offer more features while maintaining a smaller, sleeker form-factor and benefiting from reduced power demands.

Goal is to improve chipset/reference design performance and provide feedback and solutions to RF Calibration, HW development, SW development and IC Design.
Skills/Experience The position requires an understanding of communications systems and implementation. A successful candidate should have knowledge of digital communications theory and experience in modeling/simulating RF performance. Must have knowledge of RF and/or digital testing techniques. Experience in OOD/OOA using C++/Java, Win32 programming, knowledge of IS95/IS98 standards are a plus. Must have good communication skills and be a team player

Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's Degree preferred
