Responsibilities and duties:
* Analyze, design, code, test, build, install, and maintain Internet applications in a UNIX n-tier environments
* Provide production support for Internet applications
* Write clear, concise system documentation
* Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration
Requirements:
* BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* Over 8 years of experience in full life-cycle development of multi-tier web applications
* Extensive Java/J2EE, C++, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, EJB experience required
* Web Service experience using XML/SOAP/WSDL required
* Experience in data structure, Object-Oriented design and programming
* Experience in Oracle/DB2/SQL and MQ messaging or another similar middleware
* Excellent problem solving skill and attention to detail
* Experience in software environmental setting and server configuration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be a team player with supervising skill and can coordinate work efforts with other groups
* Experience in ajax programming (a plus)
* ASP.Net/C# experience (a plus)
* Experience with SOA, design patterns and UML Modeling Tools (a plus)
¨ * Financial industry knowledge especially in equity/option/fixed income/credit derivatives/FX trading systems and multi-currency environments (a plus)
