Job Description 7 - 9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the evaluation of client area application systems/programming requirements and processes (e.g., new, enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application program specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost effective application solutions. COMPETENCES: Assists in the identification of business requirements and in devising system and programming alternatives and specifications. Familiar with SDLC methodologies; Studies and analyzes existing office procedures as assigned. Prepares systems flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed operations. Codes, debugs, and documents programs. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong demonstrated programming and application architecture experience in Documentum products - Weblogic - Sun Solaris UNIX environments. Technologies: JSP, JAVA, DocBasic, C++, Oracle, Weblogic, iPlanet, Documentum. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least two or more years experience in systems analysis and application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires good analytical ability and communication skills. The new Senior Java Developer resource should have experience using Apache Struts, Tiles, Taglibs, EJBs, JDBC, XML, Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Application Server, Oracle and Documentum. Documentum Web Publisher experience should include experience developing Web Java applications using the metadata published by Documentum Web Publisher / Site Caching Services, target Oracle database. If phase II project is approved the Senior Java Developers maybe needed into 2008.
