Job Description	Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Consults with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interfaces between hardware, software, and operational and performance requirements of overall systems. Formulates and designs software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of designs. Develops and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Consults with customers concerning maintenance of software system. Coordinates installation of software systems. Candidate should have 3-5 years experience. The Developer will help support the Capital Market Research Group. They will be responsible for developing automating report system, coding reports in C#, using data tools to clear database any ongoing support task as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS: C# experience (not in web environment), BONUS SKILLS: C++ is a bonus skill NOT a required. Mathematics background is a plus. REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS: Team/Culture Fit is essential for this group. They must be able to work and collaborate well with others. INTERVIEW FORMAT: 30 min phone interview will be conducted first then face to face interview will be required with team. Local candidates highly preferred.
