Job Description:
Technical Training Engineer:
Position is responsible for further developing and enhancing proprietary training application/database for internal employees useage. Application houses individual skills, certifications and overall assessments of employees in a centralized database. Duties also include the ability to train employees and users in formalized classroom, and on-line formatts of the system.
Experience creating and using SQL queries to include (2+ years)
Experience with databases to include creating/deleting tables, creating triggers, stored procedures, and scripts. (2+ years)
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining an IIS 6.0 website. Dotnetnuke experience a plus (1+ year)
Programming experience to include database connections, access, and updates, VB.NET, Javascript preferred. Experience with CSS and java menus a plus. (3+ years)
Desired Training skills:
In-Class Trainer (2+ years)
Online training creation (2+ years)
Flash experience (Preferred)
Captivate 2 or Microsoft Producer experience (Preferred)
Networking experience a plus (Routing, Switching, Servers, Security, Etc.)
Certifications a plus (CTT+, Cisco Certified Trainer, MCT, Technical Certs, Etc.)
