This position performs routine field and laboratory tests and inspections for purpose of verifying conformance to construction plans and specifications. Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintaining cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc. Prepares daily reports and data sheets. Operates with close to moderate supervision. May be called upon to perform various tasks at the discretion of the supervisor. |
| Requirements |
1 year minimum in related field; 0 experience with 4-year degree in engineering, construction or a combination of education and experience.
High School, or equivalent; emphasis in physical sciences and/or math.
Maintain required certifications for various disciplines as required (such as ICBO, NICET, State DOT, AWS, etc.).
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle experience preferred. |
