Position Summary: - Perform complex system development under limited supervision - Provide technical guidance to others - Helps develop programming solutions from requirements

Education & Experience: - CIS/Technical degree preferred - Strong knowledge of Java, EJB, and J2EE technologies - 2 plus years experience with Java - Other object-oriented development a plus (e.g. C++) - Strong technical aptitude - Strong verbal and written skills - Knowledge of extreme programming (XP) and UML a plus
