Objective: This assignment where you will monitor the progress of field
construction / quantity take-off activities assuring compliance with project plans
and specifications in a manner consistent with Company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with the tracking of quantities and associated job costs.
- Interact and communicate with foremen and superintendents to ensure work is being done in an efficient
manner.
- Perform quantity take-off.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of equipment and materials.
- Assist with community relations.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, etc. Providing
customer service as necessary.
- Communicate with the Project Manager / Estimator on the status of current operations.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Required
Education: Civil Engineering, Construction or applicable degree in progress.
Required
Experience: Desire to work in the Heavy Construction industry.

- Leadership skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
