Job Description: Maintain yields that are competitive with Agristats comparisons for plants with similar mix and bird size. Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines. Promotes a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards. Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service. Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale. Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Requirements: Two to five years of experience in 2nd Processing supervision. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills. Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills are necessary with experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
