Job Description: Responsible for Debone Processing Operations on 2nd shift. Must maintain a safe work environment and a positive people oriented workplace - build morale and reduce turnover. Responsible for producing products that meet customer requirements; maintain yields that are competitive with Agri-Stats; maintain labor productivity; and operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years progressive supervisory and management experience in poultry processing including Debone. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
