DRIVER PAY Our truck driver jobs pay is tops in the industry. Starting pay ranges from .33 cpm to .42cpm with annual raises until you reach the top pay of .45 cpm.

**** Your paid on the honor system (We do not wait for your paperwork to pay you. Your paid by direct deposit every week based on your deliveries shown on the computer, and we do not withhold your first weeks check).

65% to 70% is drop and hook with 98% no touch (lumpers paid on rest).
You will work 14 days out with 2 days off with an permanently assigned vehicle that can be taken home during your time off (must live within 100 miles of one of our locations).
Toll cards are provided, along with a rider program from first day.

ORIENTATION You have paid orientation ($150 for 3 days), including travel to and from, hotel (if required) and 3 meals a day for three days as required.

All openings require you to be at least 22 years old, have a class A CDL license with a good driving record, no felonies and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years, and no drug or violence related convictions ever.
