JOB SUMMARY:
Working with the Center Leadership Team at assigned Center, and under the direction of the Regional Medical directs the Center's medical policies and programs ensuring the delivery of affordable, efficient, responsible and accountable occupational healthcare of the highest quality to business, industry and patients.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Functions:
' Supervises and directs medical treatment activities of Center and coordinates activities of Center with those of other Centers.
' Establishes and maintains clinical relationships with physicians.
' Reviews clinic activities and recommends changes in or better utilization of facilities, services, and staff.
' Establishes and maintains work schedules and assignments of resident professional staff members.
' Oversees medical practice of Center and recommends procedures, treatments or other courses of action to assist medical staff including medical protocols and process management protocols and medical surveillance protocols for client companies.
' Interprets and administers personnel policies and provides for training program.
' Practices medicine in Center; performs medical assessments of Center patients; establishes and maintains a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients.
' Maintains clinical core competency

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
' Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
' Medical degree from accredited university

JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
' 3-5 years directly applicable experience
