Position Description
Job Function & Responsibilities:
1. To deliver BMC solutions to the Southeast Asia customers
2. To enable the partner in the service delivery.
3. To assist in project management with the BMC services delivery
4. Develop and Present Technical Solution Designs for client business issues/requirements
5. Handles complex technical installation and customization in a multiple heterogeneous plat
Position Requirements
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to developing and managing client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction on the project engagements
• Good programming skill in Java, C++ is required
• Excellent presentation and written communication
• Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skill sets
• Good project management skills
• Good presentation and technical writing skills
• Proficiency in English is expected. Chinese and Malay would be an added advantage
• Frequent traveling in Southeast Asia is required
• 6 to 8 years of experience in delivering and implementing IT infrastructure management projects
• Good knowledge on multiple operating systems and infrastructure platform, such as Window servers, IBM-AIX, Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Web servers, TCP/IP network etc
• Knowledge of SAP, J2EE applications, databases and OS390 is added advantage
• In-Depth knowledge about enterprise system management products, solutions, environments and platforms
• Must have Data Center Experience & must have System Management Tools experience
• BMC Performance Manager skill
• Experience of other BMC products would be beneficial
• University degree or equivalent is desirable – Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent on the job experience
Attended BMC Performance Manager trainings would be an advantage
