KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of all necessary construction documents, assuring a consistent, legally-sufficient, and safe and cost-effective construction management process.
· Schedule construction projects with instructions to ensure contractual compliance with plans, specifications, materials, schedules, workmanship, and safety standards.
· Participates in negotiating claims and proposed change orders and associated cost, resolving filed and contractual differences and processing scheduled progress payments.
SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE
· Training or certification in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a closely-related field.
· Certification and experience in the construction field.
· Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects.
· High level of communication skills a must.
· Excellent math skills.
· Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years project management experience.
· Confidentiality a must.
