Position Description:
The DBG Project Management Office (PMO) was recently established to provide 4 key functions to the DBG Underwriting and Claims O&S community: 1. Project Reporting – Corporate, DBG 2. Funding Requests – Formalize process, establish and manage oversight 3. Project Management Training 4. Project Management Support – Full lifecycle, in process reviews and post implementation reviews. Duties & Responsibilities Complete the monthly corporate level initiative tracking reports Complete current state process reviews and prepare future state recommendations Provide Project Management support, as needed Assist with establishing the DBG PMO Some travel may be required.



Position Requirements:
The candidate must have project management experience 5+ years Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Effective problem solver Proven track record of managing multiple deliverables PMI or Six Sigma certification is a plus
