-They require a person who is capable of building business , maintaining loyal and strong relationships with clients and driving the Sales team effectively
-You should have a proven track record of being able to work towards set monthly targets and be able to explain how you achieved them
-Incredibly organised and self motivated and ideally you would be a Manager who leads by example
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to pinpoint weak areas of the business and action this as and when you can spot these difficulties
-Able to compile details reports and information to relay this to head office
-Involved within all aspects of the recruitment and development of the team within the boutique
-Able to bring realistic and honest numbers of clients from your previous role and/or company
