Our client is a leading Restaurant within the city centre of Manchester which is currently recruiting for Pastry Chef of rosette experience and would preferably have NVQ Level 3 in pastry

• £2,000 tronc per year
• Over time paid

The Role: Pastry Chef

Role Criteria

• The ideal Pastry Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants
• The Pastry Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
• The Pastry Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
• The Pastry Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef
• Pastry Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
• The successful Pastry Chef will have at least 2 years experience at chef de Partie / demi Chef de Partie level within a similar operation.
