Services provided by Department Education and experience High education (Russian or equivalent) preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration 5+ years of work experience in consulting and/ or industrial environment (PMO within the financial institutions) Solid experience in managing projects portfolio/ streams within large projects within areas of strategy development and/or management systems development and/or business process optimization Knowledge of the target Russian market Some previous experience in business development MBA / ACCA / CPA / CFA papers passed is an advantage Work experience in management consulting is an advantage Knowledge and technical skills Proven project management tools and methods Strong report writing skills Russian &ndash native/fluent, English &ndash advanced/fluent (both oral and written) Soft skills Strong project management/people management skills Excellent communication skills Ability to operate in multitask environment Strong presentation skills Other requirements Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines Willingness to travel (Russia and abroad) Strategy development/review: corporate, business portfolio, particular market/segment for Financial Institutions Management systems design and optimization Business processes design and optimization Project Management
