Recruitment Business Development / Client Relationship Manager Oil & Gas Recruitment Stavanger, Norway INT01205.10324EP An international Oil & Gas recruitment consultancy is looking for a sales / client focused Business Development Manager from within the O&G Recruitment Industry with fluent bi lingual skills (Norwegian & English) for their new Stavanger office. This is a warm start as business is already being conducted very successfully in to Norway from an external location but now its time to put a physical office in to the region. This sales focused role is a pivotal position within the office as you will be the main liaison between the clients and the Norwegian delivery function and the UK based resource team. Your role is to target new business as well as penetrate and develop existing clients across the Subsurface, Well Engineering and Discipline Engineering sectors as an initial start & as the office develops youA ll then develop business in the Health & Safety, Subsea, Project Management and Project Controls markets. The main focus is Contracts recruitment so ideally you will also be familiar with how that works! This is a great role for anyone who enjoys being client facing, enjoys entertaining clients but doesnA t want to be involved in the delivery and candidate attraction aspect of recruitment. ABOUT YOU: To apply you must be a bi lingual Norwegian and English speaker (thatA s a must) with . . Circa 5 7 years proactive sales / recruitment experience from within the Oil & Gas recruitment Industry (also an absolute MUST)! As Sales manager it should go without saying that youlove sales and client development Must have a strong work ethic which is best described as competitive but with a level of subtlety befitting the Norwegian business culture not an in your face and bullish approach!!
