Job profile:
Ernst and Young requires a Change Management Consultant based in Moscow to participate in Change Management activities on a project for the large enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Deliver change management activities on time, on budget with the highest quality
Communicate effectively both with client and functional team
Be responsible for all Change Management activities including:
Communications strategy and plan
Engagement and Culture Change
Change Readiness Assessment
Change Impact Assessment
Training requirements Assessment
Training Program development and delivery
Work with experts from across the business to identify the key messages and draft internal and external communications for the programme
Ensure all communications from the project are aligned
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Develop and maintain a database of communication material to ensure there is a record of past messages and a repository that can be used as a base for future communications.
Requirements to the candidate:
A bachelor's or master's degree
Experience in change management experience or consulting experience or project management will be a plus.
Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs travel is estimated at 50%
Experience managing change on engagements related to ERP implementations will be a plus
Fluent English both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of motivation and a self starting attitude
Fluent written & spoken Russian (native speaker)
