Our client is an international firm of consultants providing people under a Framework Agreement to a large oil and gas Operator. They now have a requirement for an experienced Cost Engineer to work in Stavanger, Norway. You will be responsible for managing the cost control for specific projects within the engineering organization and contributing to the achievement of business objectives and targets, contributing to improvement proposals, through project development and execution phases and maintaining an appropriate system of business controls and cost / budget controls within SAP.
